1.Leipzig want former Man Utd star Powell

RB Leipzig are ready to put pre-contract terms to Wigan forward Nick Powell, according to Teamtalk.

The former Manchester United star has shunned efforts from the Latics to tie him to fresh terms and will drop into the free agent pool next summer.

2. Solari in permanent charge of Real

Madrid hand contract to coach

Santiago Solari has already seen a caretaker spell as Real Madrid boss turned into a permanent agreement, reports Marca.

It is claimed that a contract was processed following a 4-2 victory over Celta Vigo, with the Argentine only allowed to work on a temporary deal for two weeks.

3. Lamela not planning River return

Erik Lamela insists his love for River Plate will not lead him to seek an imminent move away from Tottenham.

The Argentine has admitted in the past that he intends to head home at some stage, but that day would appear to be some way off.

4. Besiktas hope to sign Karius permanently

Beskitas want to sign Loris Karius from Liverpool on a permanent basis, according to Sky Sports.

The German goalkeeper completed a switch to the Turkish outfit during the summer, signing a two-year loan deal, after falling down the pecking order at Anfield following the arrival of Alisson.

Some recent reports had suggested that Beskitas were looking to send Karius back to England in January, but club president Fikret Orman has expressed his desire to secure his services long-term, as he stated on Monday: "Karius is an excellent keeper, God willing we will sign him on a permanent transfer."

5. Nasri undergoing West Ham medical

Former Arsenal and Manchester City star Samir Nasri is undergoing a medical at West Ham ahead of a potential return to the Premier League, claims the Evening Standard.

The Frenchman has been without a club since leaving Antalyspor and serving a doping ban, but could link up with the Hammers as a free agent.

6. Solari green lights Llorente's Madrid departure

Real Madrid boss Santiago Solari is willing to let Marcos Llorente leave the club in January, with the 23-year-old struggling for regular playing time at the Santiago Bernabeu.

According to Don Balon - Sevilla, Deportivo Alaves and Real Betis are all interested in the Spanish midfielder, but Espanyol are in pole position to secure his signature.

A season-long loan deal looks most likely, but the Periquitos could offer star centre-back Mario Hermoso in exchange for Llorente to make the switch permanent.

7. Pato squashes AC Milan rumours

Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato has denied reports linking him with a return to AC Milan during the January transfer window.

According to Tuttosport, the 29-year-old has dismissed the possibility of leaving Chinese outfit Tianjin Quanjian, as he stated on social media: "I never said I would be away from Tianjin Quanjan. I did not say I would not go back to San Paolo and I did not say I'm going to Milan."

Pato played for the Rossoneri between 2007 and 2013, scoring 57 goals in 140 appearances.

8. Milan interested in Diawara to fill in for Biglia

AC Milan are considering a January move for Napoli midfielder Amadou Diawara, with Lucas Biglia ruled out of action through injury until next March.

According to Calcio Mercato, the Rossoneri are desperate to bring in reinforcements during the January transfer window and club Sporting Director Leonardo is a keen admirer of the 21-year-old.

The Milan legend is hopeful of arranging a deal with Napoli chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis in the new year, as the club chases a top-four Serie A finish.

9. Chelsea and Man United set to battle PSG for Belgian prodigy

Chelsea and Man United will compete with PSG for the signature of highly-rated 16-year-old Heritier Deyonge, according to L'Equipe.

The young left-back has been attracting attention with a series of impressive performances for PSV's under-17 side.

The Belgian prospect is thought to favour a move to France after speaking of his admiration for Kylian Mbappe and Neymar in a recent interview.

10. Brahimi wanted by Premier League trio

Porto winger Yacine Brahimi is a target for Everton, West Ham, and Newcastle, according to O Jogo.

The Algerian is out of contract with the Portuguese side next summer and is expected to open talks with potential suitors in January over the possibility of a free transfer.

It is thought that Everton could hold the advantage in any battle for Brahimi's signature due to manager Marco Silva's understanding of the player from his time spent coaching in Portugal.

Alves planning Premier League move

Dani Alves has told The Telegraph that it is 'not possible' that he will finish his career without playing in England.

The Brazilian has come close to joining both Jose Mourinho's Chelsea and Pep Guardiola's Manchester City in the past, only declining the latter for family reasons.

At 35, time is not on Alves' side, but the full-back appears to have his heart set on a move to the Premier League before calling time on his career.
