FC Cincinnati is planning on handing MLS contracts to three more current players ahead of the club's debut season in the league in 2019.

Fanendo Adi, Fatai Alashe, and Emmanuel Ledesma were all believed to on the books for next season already, but The Cincinnati Enquirer reported on Tuesday that the club would also be bringing Corben Bone to MLS.

A report from The Athletic earlier in the day also claimed that Jimmy McLaughlin and Forrest Lasso would be making the jump to the top flight.

9. Herrera thinks Mexico could have more players in Europe

Hector Herrera believes Mexico could have more players in Europe, but has blamed big egos at the top of clubs in Liga MX for the limited number of El Tri stars making the jump.

The Porto midfielder was one of two Mexican players to score for the Portuguese club in the Champions League on Tuesday and believes that having fewer players in top flight leagues around the world is harming Mexico at the international level.
